Client Acknowledgment & Disclaimer
Quote Pro Consulting LLC provides quote review and consulting services to help clients better understand and compare contractor bids for landscaping, excavation, fencing, decking, and related outdoor project work.
By submitting a project inquiry, uploading materials, making payment, or checking the agreement box on this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Quote Pro Consulting reviews the information provided by the client, which may include contractor quotes, project descriptions, photos, measurements, specifications, and other supporting materials.
Based on the information available at the time of review, Quote Pro Consulting may provide feedback, observations, comparisons, and general recommendations intended to help the client better evaluate the submitted quotes.
Quote Pro Consulting does not provide contractor services, construction services, engineering services, architectural services, legal advice, financial advice, or project management services.
2. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate project information, including all relevant quotes, documents, specifications, and details needed for review.
Quote Pro Consulting’s feedback is based only on the information provided by the client and available at the time of review. If information is missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or later changes, the feedback provided may no longer apply.
The client remains solely responsible for choosing a contractor, approving a quote, signing any contractor agreement, managing the project, and making all final decisions related to the project.
3. No Guarantee of Pricing, Timing, or Outcome
Quote Pro Consulting provides educated guidance and professional feedback based on the materials reviewed. However, Quote Pro Consulting does not guarantee final project pricing, contractor availability, project timeline, quality of work, permitting requirements, change orders, material costs, labor costs, or final project outcome.
Contractor quotes, pricing, timelines, scope, availability, and project conditions may change after Quote Pro Consulting’s review. Quote Pro Consulting is not responsible for any changes made by contractors, suppliers, vendors, municipalities, or other third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
Quote Pro Consulting is not liable for any loss, expense, delay, dispute, price change, scope change, contractor issue, project defect, or other outcome resulting from the client’s decision to select or not select a particular contractor, quote, or project option.
The client understands that Quote Pro Consulting’s role is limited to reviewing and commenting on the information provided. Any decision made after receiving Quote Pro Consulting’s feedback is made at the client’s own discretion and risk.
5. Contractor Agreements and
Third-Party Services
Any agreement between the client and a contractor, supplier, vendor, or other third party is separate from Quote Pro Consulting’s services.
Quote Pro Consulting is not a party to any contractor agreement and is not responsible for enforcing, interpreting, negotiating, or managing any agreement between the client and a third party.
6. Payment and Scheduling
Project review begins after the client has submitted the required materials, accepted these terms, and completed any required payment.
Fees are based on the project tier, scope, or service selected. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments made for quote review services are for consulting time and review work and are not contingent on the client’s final contractor selection or project outcome.
7. Turnaround Time
Quote Pro Consulting aims to provide feedback within the stated review timeframe after all required materials and payment have been received.
Turnaround times may vary if submitted materials are incomplete, unclear, delayed, or require follow-up questions.
8. No Warranty
Quote Pro Consulting makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of contractor quotes, final project costs, contractor performance, project completion, or the suitability of any contractor for the client’s project.
All feedback is provided as professional guidance only.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any services provided by Quote Pro Consulting shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
Any dispute related to these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by Quote Pro Consulting shall be handled through the appropriate state or federal courts in New Hampshire. By using Quote Pro Consulting’s services, the client agrees to this jurisdiction.
10. Agreement to Terms
By checking the agreement box, submitting the project form, uploading materials, or purchasing Quote Pro Consulting services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
